The Little Prince

Based on the novel by  Antoine de Saint-Exupéry final_yellow_bigger
Directed by Ekaterina Vetrova (Shestakova)
Starring: Jennifer Capogreco and Chris Wardell
Premiere: June 9th, 2011

The Little Prince tells the story of a most unusual encounter between a pilot crashed in the desert and a little prince from a distant asteroid.  As the pilot desperately attempts to fix his plane, the Little Prince tells the pilot the story of how he left his home and traveled from one planet to the next in search of the meaning of friendship.

Once Upon a Kingdom Theatre is excited to bring Saint-Exupéry’s literary classic to Ottawa’s arts community because this innovative adaptation has a twist: the 11 characters is performed entirely by TWO very talented actors!
